All the flour used in our food is unbleached, never bromated, and organic.

Dairy:
All the Dairy used in our food is grass fed and organic.

Eggs:
Our eggs are locally sourced from a New York State Amish farm, pasture raised and organic.

Produce:
Our produce is locally sourced through NYC farmers markets and always organic, unsprayed with harmful pesticides

Sweeteners:
We only utilize premium organic cane sugar or local organic raw honey across all of our food items.

Oil:
We commit to a seed-oil free menu. Any fried items, such as our Vanilla Glazed Donuts, are fried in organic avocado oil.
